Nick Pantazis became WilsherCo/WILECO’s President in 2011 and is responsible for establishing corporate culture and direction, as well as maintaining enterprise excellence in all business relationships with customers and vendors. He brings more than 30 years engineering, consulting and entrepreneurial experience to benefit the Company.
Prior to assuming his leadership role at WilsherCo/WILECO, Mr. Pantazis founded Integrated Strategic Solutions (ISSI) as a consulting/staffing business serving the Aerospace, Petrochemical, Medical and High Technology industries. He also worked for KPMG Peat Marwick where he focused on the areas of strategic planning, process improvement, project management, technology commercialization and business development. He began his career at Rockwell Space Operations Company, performing analysis on the Space Shuttle’s Remote Manipulator System (The Arm). In this capacity, he led a variety of engineering projects to analyze and develop solutions for the deployment and handling of payloads in low earth orbit.
Mr. Pantazis received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Texas A&M University and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Houston–Clear Lake.
Tiphaine Justice (pronounced Tiffany) joined WilsherCo as Accounting Manager in June 2012. She holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Lee Jr. College; and both a BS and MS in Professional Accounting from University of Houston–Clear Lake. She earned her ACFE Certification in 2013 and is currently studying for her CPA.
A native of Baytown, Texas, Ms. Justice has been actively involved as an AAEC (Alumni) Board Member for UH-CL since 2013, and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners since 2010. She helped found the first Texas Student Organization at UH-CL. Outside her education-related activities, Ms. Justice also serves as Treasurer for the Clear Falls Boys Basketball Booster Club and is an active member and volunteer of the Water Shed United Methodist Church.
Manager of Operations
Michael Bell joined WilsherCo / WILECO in 2013, initially working in shipping and receiving. He now serves as Manager of Operations for WilsherCo, managing the installation of heat tracing projects. He leads and supervises installers and subcontractors in the field; handles scheduling, budgeting and risk management; and is responsible for developing and delivering project results and client satisfaction. A native of Houston, Michael is an avid Texans fan.
Manager Design and Sales
Dave Yoho is a veteran of the heat tracing industry. After more than 35 years with WILECO and the Company’s predecessor, there is no more informed or seasoned authority in the field than Mr. Yoho. As WILECO Sales and Design Manager, his fellow employees and customers alike benefit from his deep knowledge and practical experience in the design, sales and implementation of heat tracing systems for a wide variety of industrial applications.
Originally from Western Pennsylvania, Mr. Yoho holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Grove City College in Grove City.
Alexandra Z. Holub
Outside Sales Representative
Alexandra Holub joined WilsherCo./WILECO in 2014 and represents the Company’s full service line of heat tracing systems, controls and components to southeast Texas and Louisiana region’s energy and processing industries. Her past energy industry experience includes research and management of oil and gas royalties. A native of Tomball, Mrs. Holub holds a BBA in Supply chain Management and International Business from the University of Texas at Austin.
Outside Sales Representative
Bill Grake joined WilsherCo in 2015 as Outside Sales Representative and represents the Company’s full service line of heat tracing systems, controls and components to the southeast Texas region’s energy and processing industries and other commercial clients.
Originally from the Midwest, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Akron in Ohio.
