Heat Trace System Audit

Our Heat Trace System Audit Includes:

  • Visual inspection of system to review insulation, heat tracing components, control panel(s), and other controls
  • Electrical testing and inspection of the heat tracing system of components and cable.
  • Control system inspection review process set points and temperature, circuit current and voltage, ground fault status, etc.
  • Minor Troubleshooting to determine if a circuit can be recovered without additional repair work. 
  • Upon completion of inspection, testing and any troubleshooting WILECO will deliver a detailed evaluation of the systems and recommended corrective actions.
