At WilsherCo we follow best practices that we have established through years of experience in order to provide you with an ideal solution for your system. We go through a thorough check list of practices to ensure that we deliver what we promised! Our Project Management approach ensures that we follow our processes consistently to warrant that your heat trace system and insulation are installed to your specifications. In addition, we follow strict guidelines for safety and quality control on every project. We also strive to educate our customer along the way to guarantee that they become knowledgeable about what we are doing to provide them with the ideal solution.

Our team examines areas and conditions under which electric heat tracing is to be installed. We notify our customer conditions that can affect completion of the heat trace project. We are well trained to install electric heat tracing in accordance with the manufacturer’s written instruction as well as with recognized industry practices. In addition, we ensure that all electrical heat tracing is ground fault protected per the National Electrical Code. If we are managing the entire project, our project managers ensure that our partners (insulation and electrical) are coordinated so that these trades can install their portion of the project on time and properly.

We test the system to demonstrate its capability and compliance with requirements after we install and energize it. If any issues arise, we correct them in the field and then retest the system to ensure that it operates as promised. Finally, we train the operators and other users of the system to ensure that they understand how the heat trace system operates.
